  • BF: My point about the gun and the legal permit to carry it is this. Had he not had a permit and shot someone not only would he have been arrested for that offense but there is a far greater chance of him being charged and convicted of murder.

  • In many post I've read since this started I've seen many people say Zimmerman shouldn't have taken a gun or had a gun. However he had a legal permit to carry one as many people including myself do and probably much like everyone else (again me included) the gun probably goes everywhere with him.

  • Where I live there isn't a requirement for x hours of instruction from a driving school. The local school does offer drivers ed which if kids take it they get a reduction in the cost of insurance and they get another reduction if they keep their grades up.

  • I don't know Tripod, but I do know about the April 27 tornadoes in Alabama since I live here (in Alabama) and Cullman was hit. My little town of around 660 people was also hit and I lost friends I went to school with.

  • The bulkheads was a major design flaw for sure and they actually pulled up pieces of the ship several years ago and ran some test on the rivets and steel and found them to be much weaker then what was actually required by law.

  • Randoo- A school is there to teach reading, writing and such but it's the PARENTS job to teach values and morality. I'm a parent of 2 and as long as my kids are kids I'LL be the judge of what is proper not some school.

  • Don't need a license if you are hunting on your own property at least not in my state, however if you get permission to hunt on someone elses property then you must have a license which is as it should be.
